ORDINANCE NO. 14q 1954
AN ORDINANCE TO ANNEX TO THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, CERTAIN
TERRITORY CONTIGUOUS.THMETO, DESCRIBING THE SAME, PROVIDING .
FOR THE PUBLICATION THEREOF AND FIXING THE TIME I'MEN THE SAME
SHALL TARE EFFECT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RICHMOND, WAYNE COUNTY, INDIANA.
SECTION No. 1--That the following described territory
be annexed to and declared to be part of said City of Richmond,
Indiana:
All that part of Ravinia Park Second Addition described
as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of -Lot No. 159, of
Ravinia Park Second Addition;
thence south, along the east line of said. Addition, to
the southeast corner of Lot No. 176; of said Addition;
thence west, along the south line of said .Addition to
the center line of South Thirty First Street;
thence northwardly, along the center line of South
Thirty First Street to the center line of South "B" Street;
thence northeastwa.rdly, along the center line of South
"B" Street to the southerly line of Lot No. 143, of said
Addition, extended to the center of South "B" Street;
thence northwestwardly, along the said southerly line,
extended of Lot No. 143 to the northerly line of South "B"
Street;
thence northeastwardly and eastwardly along the north—
erly line of South "B" Street to'the place of beginning.
SECTION No. 2--This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and an_proval by the
Mayor and publication as by law required.
