AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF THIRTEEN THOUSAND
DOLLARS C?13,000.00) FROM THE GENERAL FUND OF THE SPECIAL
STREETS, NOT OTHERI;'ISE APPROPRIATED, TO CITY GENERAL
FUND TO ACCOUNT NO. 31, MOTOR EQUIPMENT,. SPECIAL STREETS:
APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS 0700.00)
FROM ACCOUNT NO. 3, PAYROLL, PARK DEPARTMENT TO THE. CITY
GENERAL FUND, TO ACCOUNT NO. 35, NEW AND MOTOR EQUIPMENT,
PARK DEPARTMENT.
SECTION I. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, that there be and there
is hereby appropriated the sum of Thirteen Thousand
Dollars 013,000.00) to the City General Fund and that
Special Streets Fund, Not Otherwise Annronria.ted be and
the same i.s hereby reduced in the sum of Thirteen Thou-
sand Dollars ($13,000.00); the sum of Thirteen Thousand.
Dollars 013, 000.00) to Account No. 31, Motor F-cuipment,
Special Streets; and that .the City General Fund be and
the same is hereby reduced in .the sum of Thirteen Thou-
sand Dollars 013,000,00): The sum of Seven Hundred Dol-
lars ($700.00) to the City General Fund and the Account
No. 3, Payroll, Park Department, be and. the same is hereby
reduced in the sum of Seven Hundred Dollars (PI700.00);
the sum of Seven Hundred Dollars 0700.00) to Account
No. 35, New and Motor Equipment, Park Department and the
City General Fund be and the same is hereby reduced in
the sum of Seven Hundred Dollars 0700.00),
SECTION II. BE IT FURTHER, E)B]DAIVED, that an extra
ordinary emergency exists for the passage of this Ordin-
ance.
SECTION III. This -Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect upon and after its _massage thereof, signature
of the President of the Common Council, and submission
to and. approval by the. Mayor and the State Board of Tax
Commissioners of the S.tAite of Indiana, and publication
as by law.required.
