AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF ONE HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS

MENT, TO ACCOUNT NO. P-12, PARK DEPARTN?ENT, REPAIRS OF BUILDINGS
& STRUCTURES'- THE -SUM OF THREE HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS (1350.,00),
FROM ACCOUNT NO- P-36, PARK DEPARTMENT, OTHER EQUIPMENT,TO
ACCOUNT INTO. P-12, PARK DEPARTMENT, REPAIRS OF BUILDINGS--&
STRUCTURES.
SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY :THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY -OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, that there be, and there is hereby,
appropriated the sum of One Hundred Fifty Dollars 0150.00), from
Account No. P-35, Park Department, Motor Equipment, to Account No.
P-12, Park Department, Repairs of Buildings & Structures, and that
Account No. P-35; Park Department, Motor Equipment, be reduced in
the sum of One Hundred Fifty Dollars (?,150.00) , and that Account
No. P-12, Park Department ,=:Rep.air.s: of Buildings- & Structures, be .
increased in the sum of One Hundred Fifty Dollars M50.00)9 The
sum of Three Hundred Fifty Dollars (050:0�0)� from Account No. P-361
Park Department, Other equipment, to Account'No.-P-12, Park De-
partment, Repairs of Buildi.Age & Structures, and' that Account No.'
P-36, Park Department, Other Equipment, be reduced .in the sum of
Three Hundred Fifty Dollars ($350. 00) , and. that Account. No. P-12,
Park Department, Repairs of Buildings.& Structures, be increased
In the sum of Three Hundred Fifty Dollars (4,350.00).
SECTION 2. BE IT -FURTHER ORDAINED, that .the City Controller
of said City be, and is hereby authorized and directed to make such
transfer.
SECTIONS. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that an extraordinary
emergency exists for the -passage of this Ordinance.
SECTION 4. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that this Ordinance
shall be in full -force and effect 'upon and after its passage thereof,
signature of the President of Common Council'affixed and signing by
the Mayor, and submission to and approval by the State Board of Tax
Commissioners and publication as. is required by. law.
