AN ORDINANCE"AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF REAL ESTATE
FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT AND ERECTION OF A FIRE STATION.
BE IT'ORDAINED by the Commoun Council of the City of
Richmond., Indiana,- that:
Section I.- The Board Jof Public -Works and -
Safety of. the City of Richmond, is hereby and. herewith
authorized. and. d.irected, to purcha.se, at'such time that
funds -a.re available, the hereinafter .described. real
estate for the sum of One Thousand.. Seven Hundred -Fifty,
.Dollars, ($1, 750.00) , ,described. a.s " f.ollows., to -wit
Lot number two (2 )., and. twenty-five
(25) -feet off the -entire -east half
of Lot Lot number three 0) in
McFarland Addition .to the City ,of
Richmond.,
Section 2-. The Boa.rd. of Public Works and.,
