SECTION I.. BE IT ORDAINED 13Y THE COMMON COUNCIL OF
THE -CI-TY OF RICHMOND,, INDIANA, That there be, and there is
hereby appropriated the sum of One Thousand Seven Hundred
and Fifty Dollars (>l, 750s OO) , from Unappropriated Parking
Meter, Fund, to -4ccount- No. 8, Labor and Material for
Painting Signs on City Streets Pertaining :to.' I� o-�7emeri-t - of
Traffic,Parking Meter Fund, and that Unappropriated-
Parki= Meter 'Fund, be reduced in the sum of One Thousand
