AN ORDINANCE PRESCRIBING .THE -TIME FOR. MEETINGS OF THE COMMON
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, AND PROVIDING FOR THE
TAKING EFFECT THEREOF,
BE IT.ORDAI.NED by,the Common Council of the City of Richmond,
Indiana:
Section 1.. That the Common Council. of the City of
Richmond, Indiana, shall hold its regular meetings on the first
and third Mondays of each and every month at'the_hour of 6:30
o'clock P.M., United,States Central Standard Time;'PROVIDED,"
HOWEVER, _.that the member -elect of the. Common Council of the
City of Richmond, Indiana, shall hold their first regular
meeting on the firstMonday in January after.their election.,
at the.hour of 7:30 o'clock P.M., United States Central
Standard .Time, in the Council' Chambers. PROVIDED FURTHER, that
when the first or third Monday of any month fall upon legal
holiday, the said Common Council shall hold.its-meetings on
the following day, .at the hour of 6:30 o'clock P.M., United
States Central Standard Time.
Section-Z. That this Ordinance. shall be in full
force and effect upon and after its .-oas'sage thereof, signature
of the President of Council', -and submission to and approval by
the .Mayor,..
