AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE REGARDING MOTOR
VEHICLES, TRAFFIC, AND PARKING.

PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES

VILLAGE OF PLAINFIELD

ORDINANCE NO. 1761
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE
REGARDING MOTOR VEHICLES, TRAFFIC, AND PARKING
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF PLAINFIELD, AS FOLLOWS:
I. That Chapter 5, Section 5-45 of the Code of Ordinances entitled Yield
Right-of-Way Streets -Signs required (b) is hereby amended by the
addition of the following: "Southbound Chablis Lane at Burgundy Drive".
II. That Chapter 5, Section 5-48 of the Code of Ordinances entitled Stap
Streets 12) Three-way Stops is hereby amended by the addition of the
following: "Arbor Drive at Reuben".
III. That Chapter 5, Section 5-172.1 (b) Thirty Minute Parking Limitation is
hereby amended by the addition of the fallowing: "(5) The two (2)
eastern most parking spaces an the norfih side of the 500 black of
Lockport Street".
IV. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after its passage approval
and publication is required by law.
V. This Ordinance shall be numbered as Ordinance No. 1761
