In attendance were Mayor Pro Tem Doyle and City Council Members Brown, Crone, Smith and Wolff. Also attending were City Manager Schleicher and Finance Director Bonnie Kline. Councilman Brewer was absent. Mr. Crone moved to approve out of state travel to Fernandina Beach, FL for City Manager Schleicher, Mayor Buelterman, Mayor Pro Tem Doyle and Councilman Wolff, Mr. Smith seconded. The vote was unanimous. Mayor Buelterman called the Public Hearing to order on the Millage Rate. Ms. Kline gave an overview of the history and trends. Speaking in opposition to a Millage increase was Sandy Major, Dave Postle and Kathryn Williams. Mayor Buelterman closed the public hearing. Mr. Smith moved to keep the Millage rate at 3.738, Mr. Crone seconded. The vote was unanimous. Mr. Wolff moved to adjourn, Mr. Smith seconded. The vote was unanimous.
