AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF NINE THOUSAND DOLLARS
($9,000.00), FROM ACCOUNT NUMBER 25, STREET AND ALLEY MATE-
RIALS, SPECIAL STREETS, TO ACCOUNT NUMBER 31, OTHER EQUIP-
MENT, SPECIAL STREETS; THE SUM OF ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS
FROM ACCOUNT NUMBER 25, STREETS AND ALLEYS MATERIALS,
SPECIAL STREETS,'TO ACCOUNT NUMBER 99, TRAFFIC SIGNS AND
GUIDES, SPECIAL STREETS.
SECTION I. BE IT ORDAINED.BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, That there be and there is
hereby appropriated the sum of Nine Thousand Dollars
($9,000;00) from Account Number 25, Street and Alley Mate-
rials, Special Streets to Account Number 31, Other Equip-
ment, Special Streets, and that Account Number 25, Streets
and Alley Materials, Special Streets, be reduced in the sum
of Nine Thousand Dollars ($9,000.00) and Account Number 31,
Other Equipment, Special Streets, be increased in the sum
of Nine Thousand Dollars ($9,000.00); The sum of One Thou-
sand Dollars ($1,000.00) from Account Number 25, Street and
Alley Materials, Special Streets, to Account Number 29,
Traffic Signs and Guides, Special Streets, and that Account
Number 25, Street and Alley Materials, Special Streets be
reduced in the sum -of One Thousand Dollars (1, 1, 000.00) and -
Account Number 29, Traffic Signs and Guides; Special Streets,
be increased One -Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00).
SECTION II. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That the City
Controller of said City.be, and is hereby, authorized and,
.directed to make such 'transfer:
SECTION III. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That an,
extra ordinary emergency exists for the passage of this
ordinance.
SECTION IV. BE;IT FURTHER'ORDAINED, That this
Ordinance shall be in full. force and effect upon and after
its passage thereof, signature of the President of -Common
Council and submission to and approval by the Mayor and State
.Board of Tax Commissioners and publication as'by law required.
