RESERVE -FM TO THE GENERAL FOND OE THE CITY OF RICHMOND.
Sec.. 1. BE IT .0RDAINED by the Common. Council of . the City of Richmond,
Indiana, that - there be, 'and there to, hereby appropriated the- -sum of - Thre• Hundred
-Thousand-Dollars' ($3009":000 '00) 'out 'of the Caeh Reserve Fund of 'the RunicipaL.
Electric Lighting, and Power Plant to the General Fund .of ._the :0fty ' of Richmond;
.and, that the. -Cash Reserve Fund of _the Municipal Electric- Lighting and Power Plant -
be reduced and the: General, Fund, of.. the City of. Richmond be increased -in said
