Oiling streets, notice of which having been published, having
arrived the council stood rea�1�T to hear objections. There e!�ere
no objectors, e,Thereupon it was moved by Spie?:er se�on:?.ed by
Hussman that the follo�.ving Resolution adopting Assessment for
the cost of Oiling certain streets be adopted,
