AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF TWO TH-OUSAND.DOLLARS ($2)000.00)
FROM ACCOUNT N0. 145, FIRE DEPARTMENT, HYDRANT MAIN RENTALS, TO ACCOUNT
NO. 156-A-, FIRE DEPARTMENT, NEW CAR: THE SUM OF THIRTY THOUSAND DOLLARS
($30, 000. 00) FROM SPECIAL . STR.EET FUNDS, NOTOTHIERWISE APPROPRIATED., TO
ACCOUNT NO. 26 STREETS AND ALLEYS SPECIAL STREETS.
SECTION I. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, That there be, and there is hereby, appropriated
the sum of Two Thousand Dollars.($2,000.00) out of the Account No.
145, Fire .Department, Hydrant .Main. Rentals, to Account No.. 156-A, Fire
Department, New Car -,.and that Account No. 145; Fire Department, Hydrant
Main Rentals, be reduced in the sum of Two Thousand Dollars'($2,000.00)
and that.Account No. 156-A, Fire, Department, New Car, be increased in
the sum of Two Thousand Dollars N12,000000): The sum of Thirty Thousand
Dollars 030, 000..00) out of, the Special Streets Funds, not. otherwise
appropri,a.ted,` to `Account .No: 26, Special -Streets, Streets' and Alleys,
and that the -Special Streets Funds, not otherwise appropriated be
reduced in the sum of 'Thirty Thousand -Dollars U:,30, 000.00) and that
Account No. 26, Special Streets; Streets Iand Alleys, be increased.in
the sum of Thirty Thousand. Dollars ($30,000.00).
SECTION II. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That -an extraordinary,
emergency exists for the passage of this ordinance.
SECTION III. THIS ORDINANCE shall be in full force and effect
upon and after its passage thereof, signature of' the President of the
Common Council, and submission to and approval by the Mayor and the
State. Board of Tax Commissioners of the State of Indiana. -
