AN ORDINANCE -APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF SEVENTY-FIVE HUNDRED
DOLLARS ( $'72500..00), FROM THE BALANCE OF THE MAIN STREET
TRAFFIC LIGHT FUND ( HERETOFORE APPROPRIATED OUT OF THE
PARKING METER FUND), TO THE MARKET HOUSE PARKING LOT.
SECTION I. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, that there be, and there is hereby
appropriated the sum of Seventy-five Hundred Dollars 0 7,500.00)
out of the Balance of the Main Street Traffic Light Fund ( here-
jofore appropriated out of the Parking Meter Fund), to the Mar-
ket House Lot, lying south from South "All Street a distance of
Eighty-four (84.00) feet, more or less, and extending from South
5th Street to the first alley east thereof a distance of One
Hundred Twenty-nine (129.00) feet, more or less, to establish
an "off street" marking lot, by grading, draining, construction
of suitable pa.vement,.curbs, etc., and purchase and installation
of parking meters and other facilities that may be deemed necess-
ary for the proper construction and operation of said 1,off streets°
parking lot: all work to be accordance with plans and specifications
on file in the office of the Board of Public Works and Safety of
said City.
SECTION II. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that an extra ord-
inary emergency exists for the passage of this ordinance.
SECTION III. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect upon and after its passage by the Common Council of
the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, signature
of the President of Common Council, and submission to and approval
by the Mayor of said City.
