AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $208,185.00 FROM T '# SPECIAL STREET FUND
OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, WAYNE COUNTY, INDIANA, FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING THE
EXPENSES OF THE STREET DEPARTMENT OF SAID CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, FOR THE
CALENDAR YEAR OF 1953,•BUDGETING THE SAME, LIMITING THE USE THEREOF, FIXING TECH
TIMS WHEN TEE' SAME SHALL TAKE EFFECT THEREOF.
SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE C014ION COUNCIL OF TUB CITY OF RICHMOND,
WAYNE COUNTY, IIIDIANA, That there be, and there is, hereby appropriated the sum of
$208,185.00 to the Street Department of the City of Richmond, Indiana, from the
Street Fund of the City of Richmond, Indiana, and that the same shall be set apart
and budgeted for the various items and expenditures as follows, to -wit:

SECTION 2. That all said expenditures as provided for in Section 1,
shall be made and performed between January 1, 1953, and December 31, 1953, in-
clusive.
SECTION 3. That said monies as appropriated and budgeted are restrict6d
solely to and for the use of construction, re -construction and maintenance of the
Streets and Alleys of the City of Richmond, Indiana, pursuant to an ACT passed by
the General Assembly of the State of Indiana,'and approved by the Governor of the
State of Indiana, at 3:00 P.M., March 10, 1941.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon and after
its passage by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana , the signature of
the President of the Common Council thereof properly affixed, and submission to and
approval of the Mayor of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
