AN ORDINAYCE APPROPRIATING MONIES FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING THE EXPENSES OF THE
CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF RICHMOPD, WAYNE COUNTY, INDIA11k, FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR COKTNCING JANUARY 1, 1953, AND ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1953, INCLUSIVE,
ATYD FIXING THE TIPS WHEN SAKE SHALL TARE EFFECT.
SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY TEE COMMON COUNCIL..OF THE CITY OF
RIC11MOND, WAYNE COUNTY, INDIANA, That 'for thp
e purpose of having funds with which
to defray.the operating expenses of the City Planning Commission of the City of
Richmond, Indiana., for the fiscal year commencing January 1, 1953, and ending
December 31, 1953, inclusive, that there be, and there is, hereby appropriated and
set apart out of the funds herein named and for the purposes herein specified,
subject to all laws governing the same. Such sums herein appropriated shall be
held to include all expenditures authorized to be made during the period herein
specified, unless otherwise expressly stipulated. end provided by law.
SECTION 2. BE IT FURTEER ORDAINED, That for the fiscal year commencing
January 1, 1953, and ending December 31, 1953, inclusive, there be, and there is,
hereby.appropriated out of the General Fund of said City General Fund of said City

SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its
passage by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, signature of the
President of Common Council affixed, submission to and approval of the Mayor of
the City of Richmond, Indiana, and publication as by law required, and approval of
all Statutory Boards as required by the law of the State of Indiana.
