ORDINANCE NO. 1461-1952
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF SIXTY-FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS
($6500.00) FROM PARR DEPARTMENT FUND, NOT OTHERWISE APPROPRIATED TO
ACCOUNT NO. 31, PARK DEPARTMENT, BUILDINGS AND FIXED EQUIPMENT.
SECTION I. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, That -.there'be, and there is hereby, appropriated
the sum of. Sixty -Five' Hund-red (86'500.00) out os the Park Department
Funds, not otherwise appropriated, to .Account No. 31, Park Department,
Buildings and Fixed Equipment, and that the Park Department Funds, not
otherwise appropriated be -reduced in,the sum of Sixty -'Five Hundred
Dollars (p6,500;00), and that t�.ccount•No. 31, Park Department., Buildings
and Fixed Equipment be increased'Sixty-Five Hundred"Dollar ($6500.00).
SECTION II. BE.IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That an extraordinary
emergency exists. for the passage of this ordinance.
SECTION III. THIS ORDINANCE shall be in full force and
effect upon and after its passage thereof, signature of the President
of the Common Council, and submission to and approval by the Mayor
and. the State Board of Tax Commissioners of the State of Indiana.
