The city council of the city of
Medina ordains as follows:

62.03, Subd. 5 is hereby amended by

In oxicating Liquor. The on -sale
lic: nses under which intoxicating liquor
m.y be sold shall be divided into the
fol owing t#ee four classes, which
shall be based upon the size of the
lic: nsed premises:
(a) Class A: A licensed premises in
excess of 97644120,000 square feet
in area;
(b) Class B: A licensed premises in
excess of 27098 12,000 square
feet, but less than 8488 20.000
square feet in area; or
(c) Class C: A licensed premises in
excess of 6,000 square feet, but
less than 2441 12.000 square feet
in area.- or
(d) Class D: A licensed premises less
than 6,000 square feet in area.
Se tion II. This ordinance shall take
eff-ct upon its adoption by the city
co ncil and publication in the City's
off ial newspaper.
