I/ESOLUTION TO (;O INTO CLOSED SESSION
WIIEREAS, Section 8 o£the Open Public Meetings Act, Chapter 231 P.L. I975,
permits tile exclusion of the public flora a meeting in certain circumstances; and

WIIEREAS, this public body is of tile opinion that such cilcumstances presently
exists;
NOW, TllEREFORE, liE IT RESOI,VEI) by tile Mayor and Couacil of the
Borough of Carleret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, as tbllows:
I The public shall be excluded flora attending, discussing or parlicipating in the
hereinafter specified subject matters.
2 The general nature of the subject malter to be discussed is as follows:
Personnel matters and Litigation.
it is anticipated at this time that tile above staled subject matter wild be made
public:
Upon conclusion of the mtters.
4 This resoJution shall take eFFect immediately.
