An ordinance authorizing the investment of Thirty—five thousand dollars
($352000.00) of the Consumer's Deposit Fund of the YAMicipal Electric Lighting
and Power Plant in obligations of the United States Government.
Section 1. Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond,
Indiana, that Thirty—five thousand dollars (635,000.00)9 of the Consumer's
Deposit Fund of the Municipal Electric Lighting and Power Plant of said City
be invested in obligations of the United States Government as provided by law.
Section 2. Be it further ordained that the Controller of said City be, and
he is.,hereby authorized and directed to invest the sum of Thirty—five thousand
dollars ($35,000.00), of the Consumer's Deposit Fund of the N.�unicipal Electric
Lighting and Power Plant in obligations of the United States Government as by
law provided.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in fell force and effect from and after
its passage, and approval by the Mayor.
Passed and adopted by the Common Council of the City of Richmond.. Indiana,
