AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF TWO MILLION FIVE HUNDRED NINETY-FIVE THOUSAND
M' SEHUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS ($2,595,750000) OUT OF THE FUNDS OF THE MUNICIPAL
ELECTRIC LIGHTING AND.POWER PLANT OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, TO THE VARIOUS
ACCOUNTS OF SAID PLANT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JANUARY 1, 1953, AND ENDING
DECEMBER 31, 1953.
Section 1., BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA,
that for the year beginning January 1, 1953, and ending December 31, 1953, the sin
of TWO MILLION FIVE HUNDRED NINETY-FIVE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS
($2,595,750.00) BE, and the same is hereby appropriated out of the funds of the
Municipal Electric Lighting and Power Plant of said City and is hereby set apart
for various items of expenditure as follows, to wits
