AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIA^1ING THE SUM OF TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND
DOLLARS ('$200,000.'00) FROM THE MUNICIPAL ELECTRIC LIGHTING AND'
POWER PLANT'S CASH RESERVE'FUND TO THE GENERAL FUND OF THE -CITY
OF RICHMOND.
Sec.. 1. - BE. IT ORDAINED' by the Common:: Council :of the City
of Richmond, Indiana,that there -'.be, and there is; hereby ap-
propriated the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($2009000.00).

and Power Plant to the General Fund of the City of- Ri cY.,mond, and
that the; Cash, Reserve Fund; of- " the Muni,cipa;l °Electric Lighting and

mond be increased in said amount.of-Two-Hundred.Thousand Dollars
($2003 000.00.) , - all of which 'is' .An accordance ,with Chapter #153,
Pages 406, 407 and 408 of the Acts of the .General Assembly of
the State of Indiana, for the year 1,949,
Sec. 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the City Controller of
the City'of Richmond be, and he ls,-hereby authorized and direct-
-ed to make such transfer.:
Seca 3, THIS. ORDINANCE shall be in full force and effect --
upon and -after- the passage thereof, signature of the President of
the "Common Council, and submission to and approval by the Mayor.

the State of Indiana, for the year 1949.

ed to make such transfer.
Sec. 3. THIS ORDINAL--TCr; shall be in full force; and effect
upon and after the Dassage thereof, signature of the President of
the Common Council, and submission to and approval by the I.Iayor.
