ORDINANCE NO. 1423-1951.
AN ORDINANCE FIXING AND DETERMINING THE ANNUAL SALARY TO BE
PAID TO THE MAYOR, CITY CONTROLLER, CITY CLERK, CITY JUDGE,
WAYNE COUNTY TREASURER, ACTING AS EX-OFFICIO CITY TREASURER,
CITY ATTORNEY, CITY CIVIL ENGINEER, COMMON COUNCIL, WAYNE
COUNTY AUDITOR FOR HIS SERVICES RENDERED THE CITY OF RICHMOND,
INDIANA, FOR THE PERIOD FOR WHICH SAID OFFICERS MAY BE ELECTED
AND SEVERALLY APPOINTEDAT THE ELECTION OF CITY OFFICERS, TO BE
HELD IN THE YEAR 1951, OR APPOINTED THEREAFTER.
SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, that the following officers who
shall either be elected at the.election of City Officers of
the City of Richmond, Indiana, held in the year 1951, or appoint-
ed or chosen as a result of said election, shall receive during
the term of their respective offices, as their annual salaries,
the following respective amount, to -wit:

SECTION 2. There shall also be paid from the funds of
the Municipal Electric Lighting and Power Plant the sum of
$600.00 annually to each of.the following: Mayor, City Con-
troller, City Clerk, City Clvi l Engineer; and .each member of
Common Council, and the sum of 41200.00 annually to -the City
Attorney.
SECTION 3: THIS ORDINANCE shall be in full force.and
effect from and after its passage by the Common Council, the
signature of the President of Common Council affixed thereto,
submitted to and approval'by the Mayor. And publication as by
law required.
