NO. 136-A, FOR THE PURPOSE OF PAYING THE BALANCE DUE ON THE NEW POLICE
AMBULANCE FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA;
THE SUM OF $90.00 FROM THE.GENERAL FUNDS OF -THE CITY OF RICHMOND,INDIANA,
NOT OTHERWISE APPROPRIATED, TO ACCOUNT NO. 136-D,..-.FOR THE PURPOSE OF
PURCHASING A COT FOR THE NEW POLICE AMBULANCE, FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT
OF THE CITY OF RICHMONb. TNDIANA.
SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY%THE COMMON COUNCIL OF -THE CITY OF
RICHMOND, INDIANA, 'That. there be,. and there is,-here,by appropriated
.the sum of $2, 067.25 out of -the General Funds of the 'City of Ri chmond, -
Indiana, not otherwise appropriated, to.Account No. 136-A,. Police De-
partment, Balance payment for ambulance, and that the .General Funds -
of the City of Richmond, Indiana, not otherwise appropriated, be reduced
in the sum of $2,067.25; the sum of $90.00 out of the City General Funds
of the City of-Richmond,.Indiana, not otherwise appropriated, to Account
No. 136-B, Police Department, Other Equipment, for payment of an extra
cot for the new ambulance, and that the General Funds of the City of
Richmond, Indiana,.not otherwise. -appropriated, be reduced in the sum of
90.00.
SECTION II.- BE,IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That an extraordinary.emer-
gency exists for the, passage. of this Ordinance.
SECTION 'III. THIS•ORDINANCE-shall be in full force and effect
upon and after its passage thereof" signature of the President of the
Common Council, and submission- to * a.nd approval, by the Mayor and the
