Councilman J T Riekena introduced a Resolut�Zon "Resolution.
approving contract and Bond of Contractor for Improvement of
StEeets" and moved its adoption. Councilman D D Huis an
seconded the motion.

Mayor declared motion carried and Resolution adopted.
Councilman D D Huisman introdueed a resolution entitled,
"RESOLUTIOT�1 TO FIX A DATE OF MEETING AT ��VHICH IT IS PROPOSED TO
TAKE ACTION TO AUTHORIZE THE ISSUANCE OF NI1�lE T�iOUSAND(�9000.)
DOLLARS GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS STREET IFIPROVErdIEP1T BOND�I AND
TO AUTHORIZE TaE COUNCIL TO PROVIDE BY RESOLUTIOi�T FOR TH�� LEVYIDIG
OF AN ANNUAL TAX TO PAY THE PRINCIPAL AND INTEREST OF SAID BONDS"
and moved its adoption, Councilman Spieker seconded the
motion,

Nays - none absent J E Riekena.
Councilman Spieker then moved that the Clerk be authorized #mac
and directed. to publish' Notice to Bidders' for the sale of
�9000. General Obli�a.tion Street Improvement Bonds, and that notice
be published in the "�Oellsbur� Herald" providing for submission
of sealed. and open bids to be filed or presented. on or before
Sept 18th at 8:00 oclock P.P:2. at which time the council will
receive said bids and that proceedings of the s��e of said bonds
