ARTICLE 5
LEASE OF REAL PROPERTY
Section 5--7: AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH
FLATNFIELD HISTORICAL SOCIETY
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the Village of
Plainfield to lease a certain real estate commonly known as
the Old Plainfield Village Hall to the Plainfield Historical
Society.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD
OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF PLAINFTELD, AS FOLLOWS;
Section 5-7-1: Authorization to Enter Into Lease. That
the President and Village Clerk or and
on behalf of the Village are hereby
authorized to execute a lease agreement
a.n substantially the form attached hereto
and made a part hereof with Plainfield
Historical Society.
Section 5-7--2: Property Described. That the real
estate to be leased is described as
follows, to-wit:
Lots ~ and 5 of Block 3 of Hoag's
Subdivision of a part of the East half
of the Northeast quarter of Section 16,
Township 36 North, Range 9 East of the
Third Principal Meridian, in Will County,
Illinois.
This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and
approval and shall be numbered s.s Ordinance No. 1120
