AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT TO THE 1999 TEMPOP~ARY
BUDGET
WHEREAS, The Revised Statutes of New Jersey 40A:.4-20 provides
for the adoption ef emergency temporary appropriations in
addition te temporary appreprlations necessary for the peziod
between the beginning ef the current fiscal year and the date
ef the adoption ef the Local Budget for the Year 1999;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT' DzND IT IS HBREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor
aped Council of the Borough of C~:iteret, that the following
amendments to the temporary appropriations be made in the
amounts and for the purposes herein set forth for the period
beLween January 1st, 1999 and the adoption of the Local
Budget for the Borough of Carteret, County of Hiddlesex and
State of New Jersey for the fiscal Year 1999:
