ARTICLE VI
AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE DISCHARGE OF
5ANITARY ANI] INDUSTRIAL WASTE WATER XNTO
STORM SEWERS
BE IT ORDAINED SY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF I'LAINFIEX~D. WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS, AS FOLT,OWS:
Section 6-l: No person shall discharge oz allow ar cause to be discharged
any sanitary sewage or any industrial waste into the storm
sewers constructed in the Village of Plainfield.
"'~ Section 6-2c That. the definitions as outlined in Article rV, Section 4-3-2
shall. apply unless the context specifically indicates otherwise.
Section 6-3: Any person, firm or corporation which violates any of the pra-
visions of this Ordinance shall be fined not more than 5500.00
for each and every offense, and every day on which a violation
exists shall be deemed a separate offense.
This Ordinance shall be known as Ordinance Na. 1051 and shall
take effect~upan its passage, approval and publication as provided by law,
