CHAPTER 6, ARTICLE 3
SECTION 3-8-5
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT PROVIDING FOR WATER AND SEWER
SERVICE WITH ASH MANUFACTURING COMPANY, INC.
WHEREAS, ASH owns certain improved property in the Village of
Plainfield;. and
WHEREAS, ASH desires to be connected to said combined water works
and sewer system of the Village; and
WHEREAS., the Village operates and maintains a combined water works
and sewer ,system which it desires that ASH tap onto; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Village of Plainfield
.and its water and sewer department and ASH Manufacturing
Company, Inc. that an Agreement be entered into by and
between the Village and ASH,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF PLAINFIELD, WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS, IN
MEETING AS LAWFULLY ASSEMBLED, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 3-8-•5a: Preamble Recited the Facts
The facto matters ere~nabove stated
are herewith ordained as fully reprinted.
Section 3-8-5b: A regiment Authorized.
The Pres dent and the Village Clerk are
hereby directed and authorized to enter,
into an Agreement with ASH Manufacturing
Company, Inc., for the purpose set forth
herein, a copy of same being attached
hereto and made a part hereof.
hereby repealed.

approva as required by law, and shall be known as Ordinance No.
