AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 906 REGARDING COMPOSITION OF THE
PLAN COMMISSION AND PROVIDING FOR ITS ORGANIZATION AND DUTIES AND
MEMBERS' TERMS AND COMPENSATION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE
OF PLAINFTELD, WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS, IN MEETING LAWFULLY ASSEMBLED
AS FOLLOWS:
Section. 1-2-].: Officers. The Village President with the consent
of the Board of Trustees shall appoint at the first meeting in
May of each year a Chairman and a Vice-Chairman. The terms of
officers shall begin the day after the first regular meeting of
the Board of Trustees in May. Officers sha11 hold office for a
term of one (1) year and may succeed themselves. The Village
Board shall supply a secretary to the Commission.
Section 1--6: Repealer. Any ordinance or part thereof in conflict
herewith is hereby repealed.

This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage
as Ordinance N0. 7
