Withdrawal of Request for Extension of Time for Resolution Nos. 2014-5 and
2014-6
Dear Mr. Gilbert:
On behalf of Key Biscayne Gateway Partners, Ltd., we hereby withdraw the previously
submitted request dated February 10, 2015 (copy attached), and the subsequently filed
application and other supporting information for an extension of time for Resolution Nos. 2014-5
and 2014-6. Please advise if the application and hearing fees previously submitted, or a portion
thereof, are refundable since this request was not scheduled for public hearing. Thank you for

Request for Extension of Time for Resolution Nos. 2014-5 and 2014-6
Dear Mr. Gilbert:
On' behalf of our client, Key Biscayne Gateway Partners, Ltd., and pursuant to Sections
30-73(e) and 30-72(g) of Article IV of the Key Biscayne Code of Ordinances, we hereby request
a one-year extension of time for the approvals granted by Resolution No. 2014-5 and Resolution
No. 2014-6 (copies enclosed). Our client has filed building permit applications for the proposed
project, but those construction drawings are still in the process of being reviewed by City staff
and more time is required for this review to be completed and a building permit issued, Please
advise if any application fees, notice lists, or labels are required to be submitted at this time.
