AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF NEW TAXICAB DRIVER
LICENSES FOR THE 2015.2016 LICENSE TERM
WHEREAS, application has been made and the proper fee paid for a TAXICAB
DRIVERS LICENSE for Safeway Taxi & Limo Inc. for the 2015 -2016
License Term by the following:
Riaz Janjua
WHEREAS, the Carteret Police Department has made an investigation of the
facts stated in the application and recommends that a Taxicab Driver License be
granted to for the 2015 -2016 License Term. _
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the
Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk be and is
hereby authorized and directed to issue a Taxicab Driver's License for the 2015-
2016 License Term to Riaz Janjua.
Adopted this 23` day of April, 2015
and certified as a true copy of the
Original on April 24, 2015.
