The proposal from CME Associates for engineering services related to the subdivision of block 2702, lot 14 at a total cost not to exceed $2,500.00 is hereby approved. 2. This action is approved as an award of a professional services contract pursuant to N.J.S.A 40A: 1 1-5(l)(a) in accordance with the Borough's Fair and Open Process as authorized by law. 3. A copy of this Resolution be forwarded to the Borough's Purchasing Department and CME Associates. Adopted this 23` day of April, 2015 and certified as a true copy of the original on April 24, 2015. Thank you for the opportunity to present this fee estimate for continued Professional Engineering Services regarding the West Carteret Redevelopment Area and the subdivision of Block 2702, Lot 14, which has been identified as an existing parking easement owned by the Borough. Enclosed please find a copy of the previously Outbound and Topographic Survey prepared by our office, for reference. It is our understanding that the Borough wishes to subdivide Lot 14 where along its frontage with Lots 11 and 12, therefore, creating three (3) new lots from existing Lot 14. The scope of our services shall include: Preparation of Maior Subdivision Plat Under this task, our office will perform the following: 1. Obtain a list of adjoining property owners; 2. Calculation of new lot configuration, areas, proposed easements, etc.; 3. Address Borough redevelopment ordinances, zoning and bulk requirements; 4. Prepare Borough Completeness Checklist; 5. Incorporate information pertaining to variance relief (if applicable); 6.
