ORDINANCE NUMBER 1427-1951.
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FEES COLLECTED
FROM THE PARKING METERS.
SECTION I. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RICHMOND, INDIANA, That there be,. and there is hereby appropriated
out of the fees collected and to, be collected from the City Parking
Meters the sum of. $50,710.00, to be used and expended by the Board
of Public Works and Safety, from the 7th day of March, 1951 to and
including December 31, 1951, . for the following purposes:
Three (3) Traffic Policemen ® $230.00
each per -month
'Parking Meter -Printing
Parking Meter -Parts
Parking Meter -Miscellaneous
New Traffic Signs -Main Street
New Traffic Signs-N.10th &.A Sts.
New Traffic' Signs-N. llth & A Sts".
New Traffic Sign-N. 12th &. G Ste.
New Traffic Signs-S.. 45th & G. Sts,.,.
New Traffic Signs-S. .7th & A Sta."

If . there-. be any surplus Funds', then ,.'the, 'same shall be , used
-to install a new�Trafflc Light at West Third and Main Stree-ts and
a new School Traffic Light at the intersection of West Second and
National Road.
SECTION -II. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED; That this. Ordinance is re
quires by Chapter #303 of the Acts of the General Assembly..of the State
of Indiana, approved March 7, 1951.
