GENERAL FUND -OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, NOT OTHERI-ISE APPROPRIATED,
TO MURiICIPAL AIRPORT ADMII`dISTRATION BUILDING FUND OF.THE CITY OF RICHMOND,
INDIANA, FOR THE PURPOSE OF -CONSTRUCTING CONCRETE APRON EXTENSION AT THE
IdUNICIPAL AIRPORT. THE AMOUNT HEREBY APPROPRIATED, TOGETHER FITH THE
BALANCE NOW IN THE MUNICIPAL AIRPORT ADMINISTRATION BUILDING FUND, TO BE
MATCHED BY $7,000.00 FROM CIVI�L' AERONAUTICS ADMINISTRATION FOR THE CON-
STRUCTION OF SAID.CONCRETE'APRON EXTENSION AT',THE MUNICIPAL AIRPORT OF
THE CITY OF RIbl-51OND', 'INDIANA
SECTION I. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RICIU400, INDIANA, That there be and'there-is hereby appropriated the sum
of 1'p'4,800.00 (Four thousand Eight Hundred Dollars) out of the Airport
Operating General Fund of the City of Richmond, Indiana, not otherwise
appropriated, to the Municipal Airport Administration Building Fund for
the purpose of constructing a concrete apron extension_ at the Municipal
Airport of the City of Richmond, Indiana, and that the Airport Operating
General hand of the City of Richmond, Indiana, not otherwise appropriated,
be reduced in the sum of 94,800,,00 (Four Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars).
SECTION -II. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That an extraordinary emer-
gency exists for the passage of this Ordinance.
SECTION III. THIS ORRDINANCE shall be in full force and'effect
upon and after its passage thereof, signature of the President of the
Common Council submission to and approval by the Mayor and the State
Board of Tax Commissioners of the State of Indiana, and publication as by
