AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONIES FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING THE EXPENSES
OF OPERATING THE MUNICIPAL AIRPORT OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND INDIANA FOR
THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 1952, AND ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1952,
INCLUSIVE. AND FIXING THE TIME WHEN THE SAME SHALL TAKE EFFECT.
SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RICHMOND, WAYNE COUNTY, INDIANA, That for the purpose -of having funds
with which to operate the Municipal Airport of said City of Richmond for
the fiscal year beginning January 1, 1952, and ending December 31, 19523
inclusive, that there be, and there is hereby appropriated and ordered
set apart out of the funds herein named and for the purpose and/or pur-
poses herein specified, subject to all laws governing the same. Such
sums herein appropriated shall be held to include all expenditures author-
izedLto bemadeduring the year herein specified, unless otherwise express-
ly stipulated and provided by law.
SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That for the fiscal year
commencing January 1, 1952, and ending December 31, 1952, inclusive, that
there be, and there is hereby appropriated out of the General Fund of
said City the following;
RICHMOADID MUNICIPAL AIRPORT OPERATING BUDGET - -1952.

SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon
and after its passage by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiaaa,
signature of the President of Common Council affixed, submission to and
approval by the Mayor of said City and publication as by law -required and
approval of all Statutory Boards as required.
