AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $188,935.00 FROM THE SPECIAL STREET
FUND OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND,. WAYNE COUNTY, INDIANA,•.FOR THE PURPOSE OF
DEFRAYING THE EXPENSES OF THE, STREET'DEPARTMENT OF;SAID CITY OF RICHMOND,
INDIANA, FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR OF 1952, BUDGETING THE SAME,- LIMITING THE
USE THEREOF, FIXING THE TIME,, WHEN THE SAME SHALL TAKE EFFECT THEREOF.
SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THEE -COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RICHMOND, WAYIvE COUNTY INDIANA, That there be, and there is hereby, ap-
propriated the sum of �188,935.00 to the Street Department of the City
of Richmond, Indiana, ,from the -Street. Fund of the City of Richmond,
Indiana, and that the -same shall be set apart aria budgeted for the various
items and expenditures as follows;, to; -wit:

SECTION 3o That said 'monies as approrpiated and budgeted are
restricted_ solely to. and for use of ednstruction, re —construction and
maintenance of the Streets and Alleys of `the City of, Richmond," Indiana,
pursuant to an ACT passed by the 4eneral Assembly of the State of Indiana,
and. approved by the Governor of the State of Indiana, at ;:00 P.M. ,
March 1.0, 1941.
SECTION_ 4. This Ordinance shall be in full •force and effect
upon and after its passage by the Common Council of the City of Richmond,
Indiana, the signature of the .President of the Common Council thereof
properly affixed, ,and submission to and. appro' val of the Mayor of the City
Of Richmond, Indiana.
