AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONIES FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING THE EXPE14SES
OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION Or THE CITY OF RICHMOND, WAYNE COUNTY,
INDIANA, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JANUARY 1, 1952, AND ENDING DECEM-
BER 31, 1952, INCLUSIVE, AND FIXING THE TIME WHEN THE SAME SHALL TAKE
EFFECT.
SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RICHMOND, WAYNE COUNTY, INDIANA, That for the purpose of having funds
with which to defray the operating expenses of the City Planning Com-
mission of the City of Richmond, Indiana, for the fiscal year commencing
January 1, 19.52, and ending December 31, 1952, inclusive, that there be,
and there is, hereby appropriated and set apart out of the funds herein
named_ and for the purposes herein specifiet, subject to all laws govern-
ing the same. Such sums herein appropriated shall be held to include all
expenditures authorized to be made during the period herein specified,
unless otherwise expressly stipulated and provided by law.
SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That for the fiscal year
commencing January 1, 1952, and ending December 31, 1952, inclusive,
there be, and. there is, hereby appropriated out of the General Funds of
said City General Fund of said City the following:

SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
upon its passage by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
signature of the President of Common Council affixed, submission to and
approval of the Mayor of the City of Richmond, Indiana, and publication
as by law required, and approval•of all Statutory Boards as required
by the law of the State of Indiana.
