SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY. THE COPv�72VION COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF RIC IMOND, INDIANA, That the sum of Two Hundred
Dollars ($200.00), be appropriated to the City General Fungi.,
and that Account No. 122, Gasoline, Police Department, be
and the same is hereby reduced in the sum of Two Hundred
Dollars ($200.00): The sum of Two Hundred Dollars U'200.00)
to account No. 124, Tires and Tubes, Police Department, and
that the City General Fund, be and the same is hereby reduced
in the sun of Two Hundred Dollars ($2b0. 00) : One Thousand
Three Hundred Dollars ($1, 300.00) , to the City General Fund,
and that Account No. 185, Buildings and Fixed Equipment3'Park Dept.,
be and the same is hereby reduced in the suni. of One Thous-

SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That an extraordin-
ary emergency exists for the -passage. of this Ordinance.
SECTION 3. THIS ORDINANCE shall be in full force. and
effect upon and -after its passage thereof, signature of the President
of the Common Council affixed, and submission to and approval of the"
Mayor and the State Board of Tax Commissioner of the State of Indiana,
and publication by law as -required. -
