AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS ($700.00)'
.FROM ACCOUNT NO. S-24, STORM SEWERS, SPECIAL.STREETS, TO ACCOUNT
NO. S-9, ELECTRIC CURRENT SPECIAL STREETS.
SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF RICiz'MOND, INDMANA, That there be, and there is hereby
appropriated the sum of. Seven' Hundred Dollars. 0700.00) 'to Account
No. S-9, Electric Current, Special Streets, , and .that Account No.:
S-24, Storm Sewers, Special Street, be and_.the same is hereby re-
duced in the sum of ' Sevens Hundred . Dolla.rs - ($700.00 )
SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That an extraordin-
ary emergency exists for the passage of,,this.Ordinance.
SECTION 3. This -Ordinance shall be in'full force and
