AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF ONE THOUSAND FIVE
HUNDRED DOLLARS (01,500.00) FROM NEW STREET SIGNS OF

1951 BUDGET,
SECTION I. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COKMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
Or RICHMOND, INDIANA, That there be, and: there is hereby ap--)ropriatad
the sum of One Thousand,Five Hundred Dollard ($1500.00) to the New
Traffic Light, Special Parking Meter Fund. of the 1951 Budget, and
that the New Street Signs, Special Parking Meter Fund of ,the 1951
Budget, be and the .are is hereby reduced in the sum of One Thousand
Five Hundred Dollars ( 1, 500.00) .
SECTION II. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED,. That the City,Controller
of the City of Richmond, Indiana be, and he is, hereby authorized
&iid directed to take such transfer.
SECTION III. THIS ORDINANCE shall be in full force and effect
upon and after Its passage thereof, signature of the President of the
Common Council, and submission to and approval by the Mayor.
