ORDINANCE NUMBER 1442-1951
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING PARKING METER'FUNDS.
SECTION I. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY -
OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, That there be, -and there is hereby ap—
propriated out of the fees collected and to be collected from
the City Parking. Meters the sum of Fifty -.Two Thousand Dollars
($52,000.00),'to be used and expended by the Board of Public
Works and Safety, for the year of 195.2, for the . f oll owing
purposes:
Three (3) Traffic Policemen C 3,600.00 $103800.00
Repair.Parts, Printing & Misc: 2-000..00
Traffic Lights —New � $ 8; 000, 00
Complete Street Signs 2,500.00
Extra Help --Records & Collection Help 4,120.00
Purchase of Ground for Off —Street Parking $24,580.00
All balances left over in 1951 budget accounts to -be left
as they are and to be carried foward into the year .1952, for
completion.
SECTION II. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this'Ordinance is
required by Chapter No. 303 of the -ACTS of the General Assembly
of the State . of Indiana,' approved March 7, 1951.
