RESOLUTION No. 2 - 2021
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 3-2020, FIXING THE NUMBER AND
COMPENSATION OF EMPLOYEES
WHEREAS, Richmond Power and Light has previously adopted Resolution No. 3-2020, by
which Resolution salaries were established for all employees
during the year 2021; and
WHEREAS, the above Resolution did not contain the job classifications of “General
Manager” and “Assistant General Manager”, and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of RP&L to amend the above Resolution to allow for the job
classifications of “General Manager” and “Assistant General Manager” for the
fiscal year beginning May 31,2021, and ending May 31,2022.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Resolution No. 3-2020 is hereby amended by
adding the following section thereto:
1. The following shall be added to said resolution:
In addition to the salaries established herein, the General Manager is authorized to
implement any two step-six month interval classification increase required to be provided to an
employee pursuant to the employee’s classification.
In further addition to the salaries established herein, all employees shall also be entitled
to the fringe benefits set forth within the employee policy manual.
2. The following job titles and salary range shall be added to Schedule “A” of the said resolution
as indicated below:

General Manager May 31, 2021 $51.23 $4098.35
Assistant General Manager May 31, 2021 $46.08 $3686.31
