BE IT ORDAINED by he Comm_n Common Council of the City of Richmond, Wayne
County, Indiana:
SECTION No 1 - That the folloiTilnr, described territory be annexed to and declared to
be a part of the said City of Richmond, Indiana:
Being a part of the Southwest Quart er of Section` "5,, Township 13 North,
Range 1 ;pest, described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest Corner of said Quarter
Section and running thence East, along the North line of said Quarter Section, Five
Hundred ,Sixty (560..00) Feet, thence South, parallel -wits the 14est lire of said Quarter
Section Six Hundred Seven (607.00) Feet, thence Tdest, parallel with the North line of
said Quarter Section Five Hundred Sixty (560,00) Feet to the West line of said Quarter
Section., thence North _along the West line of said Quarter Section Six Hundred Seven
(607.00) Feet to thet�place of beginning°
SECTION No. _2 - That 'the -provisions of General Ordinance 11o. 741-1923, commonly known
as the Zoning Ordinance, approved :April 21.., 1923, and as amended be and are hereby
amended, supplemented.; changed and extended so as to include the above -described terri-
tory which shall be coned as, follows:
