AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $ 14.3,74.5.0o--FROM THE STREET
FUND OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, WAYNE COUNTY, INDIANA, FOR THE PURPOSE
OF DEFRAYING- THE EXPENSES OF THE STREET---DEPARTMENT-OF.- SAID CITY FOR
THE CALENDAR YEAR- OF :1951, ',BUDGETING ..THE SAME, LIMITING; THE USE
THEREOF-;• FIXING THE'. TIME WHEN, THE ,-SAME SHALL TAKE EFFECT THEREOF.
SECTION 1, BE.IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RICHMOND, WAYNE COUNTY, INDIANk that there be and there hereby is
appropriated the sum- of-$ 14.334745.00 -to-. the Street .Department of
said City from the Street, Fund,'of the City of Richmond, Wayne County,
Indiana, and that the same shall be, set apart and.' budgeted .for the,.,'
various items and expenditures as follows, to -wit:
