AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONIES FOR THE -PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING THE
EXPENSES OF OPERATING THE MUNICIPAL AIRPORT OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND,
INDIANA, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY.1, 1951, AND ENDING
DECEMBER 31, 1951, INCLUSIVE, AND FIXING THE TIME WHEN THE SA14E
SHALL, TAKE EFFECT.
SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAANED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RICHMOND, WAYNE COUNTY., INDIANA, that for the ' purpose of having
funds witli which to operate the Municipal Airport of said City for
the fiscal year beginning January 1, 1951, and ending December 31,
1951, inclusive,'that there'be"and there is hereby appropriated and
ordered set apart out of the funds herein named andf or the purpose
and/or purposes herein specified, subject to all laws governing
the same. Such sums herein appropriated shall be held to include
all expenditures authorized to be made during the year herein speci-
fied, unless otherwise expressly stipulated and provided by law.
SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that for the fiscal year
commencing January 1, 1951, and ending December 31, 1951, inclusive,
that there be and there is hereby appropriated out of the General
Fund of said City the following:

SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect up-
on and after ite passage by Common Council of the City of Richmond,
Indiana, signature of the President of Common Council affixed, sub-
mission to and approval by the Mayor of said City and publication
as by law required and approval of all Statutory Board as required.
