AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONEY FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING THE
EXPENSES OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND,
INDIANA, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JANUARY 1, 1951 AND ENDING
DECEMBER 31, 1951, INCLUSIVE, AND FIXING THE-TIME.WHEN THE SAME
SHALL TAKE EFFECT.
SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF RICHMOND, WAYNE COUNTY, INDIANA, that for the purpose of having
funds with which to defray the operatilg expenses of the City Plan-
ning Commission for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 1951 and
ending December 31, 1951, inclusive, that there be and there hereby
is appropriated and -set apart out of the funds herein named and for
the purposes herein specified, subject to all laws governing the
same. Such sums herein appropriated shall be held to include all
expenditures authorized to be made during the period herein speci-
fied, unless otherwise expressly stipulated and provided by law.
SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that for the fiscal year
commencing January 1, 1951 and ending December 31, 1951, inclusive,
that there be and there is appropriated out of the General Fund of said
City General Fund of said City the following:

SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon
its passage by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
signature of the President of Common Council affixed, submission to
and approval by the Mayor of said City, and publication as by law
required and approval of all Statutory Boards as required by law of
the State of Indiana.
