AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF TWO MILLION FIVE HUNDRED
TWENTY-TWO THOUSANS TWO HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($2,522,250) OUT
OF THE FUNDS OF THE MUNICIPAL ELECTRIC LIGHTING AND POVj7ER PLANT
OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, TO VARIOUS ACCOUNTS OF SAID
PLANT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JANUARY 1, 1951, AND END-
ING DECEMBER 31, 1951.
Section 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RICHMOND,INDIANA, that for the year beginning January 1,1951,
and ending December 31,1951, the sum of TWO MILLION FIVE HUNDRED
TWENTY-TWO THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($2,522,250) BE,
and the,same is hereby appropriated out of the funds of the
Municipal Electric Lighting and Power Plant of said City and is
hereby set.apart for various items ofexpenditure as follows,to-Urkto
