AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM. OF ONE MILLION NINE HUNDRED FORTY FOUR
THOUSAND DOLLARS ($}1,944,000.00) OUT OF TIE FUNIDS OF THE MUNICIPAL ELECTRIC
LIGHTING AND POWER PLANT OF THE CITY OF RICHP;,TOED, INDIANA, TO THE VARIOUS
ACCOUNTS OF SAID PLANT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JANUARY 1, 1949, AND
ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1949.
Section 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND,
INDIANA, that for the year beginning January 1, 1949, and ending December
31, 1949, the sum of ONE MILLION NINE HUNDRED FORTY'FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS
($12944,000.00) BE, and the same is'.hereby appropriated out of the funds of
the Municipal Electric Lighting and Power Plant of said City, and is hereby
set apart for various items of expenditure as follows, to wit:
