CHAPTER 9
ARTICLE 4
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING FOUR WAX STOP INTERSECTION
BE IT ORDAINED BX THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLAINFIELD, WILL COUNTY,, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
That Chapter 9, Article 4, Section 4-1-4 be amended by
adding at the end thereof the following:
Meadow Lane and Sandbank Drive East and West
PENALTY: The penalty for violating this Ordinance shall be
the same penalty for violating other traffic ordinances as provided
in Chapter 9 of the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Plainfield.
SEVERANCE:. If any part of this Ordinance shall for any reason
be held rnval~d, such decision shah. not effect the validity of the
remaining parts of this Ordinance.
EFFECTIVE DATE: This Ordinance shall be in effect from and
after its passage, approval and publication and shall be numbered
