RICHMOND, WAYNE COUNTY, INDIANA, FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING THE SENSES OF THE

SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, WAYNE
COUNTY, INDIANA, that there be and there hereby is appropriated the sum of $126,994.66
to the Street Department of said City from the Street Fund of the City of Richmond and
that the same shall be set apart and budgeted for the various items and expenditures, as
follows, to -wit:

SECTION 2. That all the said expenditures as provided for in Section 1., shall
be made and performed between Januar.,•, 1st, 1950, and December 31st,'1950, inclusive.
SECTION 3. That said monies as appropriated and budgeted, are restricted solely
to and for the use of construction, re -construction and maintenance of the streets and
alleys of the City of Richwind, Indiana, pursuant to an Act passed by the General Assemb-
ly of the State of Indiana and approved by the Governor of the State of Indiana at 3 P.M.,
March loth, 1941.
SECTION 11.. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon and after
its Passage by the Common Council, the Signature of the President thereof properly
